I have been a patient here since the day they opened and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had with psychiatry and counseling. Tiffani Tobin is empathetic, intelligent and truly cares about her patients. I was a patient of hers even before Tranquility was opened when she was working at a different provider office )and she was amazing then as well) but as an office, Tranquility is the best. I’m always treated compassionately and promptly.
I had a consistently frustrating experience with this practice over the last few years and can not recommend them any longer. Cancellation policies are one sided and rigid. You are required to call to cancel, yet when I called during listed hours the phone system stated they were closed and there was no option to leave a voicemail. Despite this, the practice enforces a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and will penalize patients if they miss it, even when the practice itself is unreachable. I’m a longtime patient of Dr. Molly Hawke and therapist Frances Deutschle (10 years!) and I have received consistent, effective and compassionate care. The staff here are incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend this practice to any and all in need of counseling or mental health help. They have supported me (and continue to support me) through difficult times and chronic mental health challenges. I am so grateful for their care and support.
