I booked an appointment and received the confirmation email only to arrive to a closed building. Their website and Facebook page said they were open. I called but no answer so then I messaged them on Facebook and received a reply that just said we don’t show any appointments today. I sent them a screen shot of my confirmation email for my apt and she was still rude and said they were closed today and did not offer to make this right. I went to float after reading great reviews, but I guess it's not just for me. Even with showering before, when I got in my skin was itching SO bad I couldn't relax. I tried to anyways but got bored after 5 minutes. I would rather just go to an hour massage.
As of 2/9/2019, this facility has been closed. The website should not allow you to create appointments.
Do not book here! They are closed down! My boyfriend and I made an appt for 2/13/2019 at 7:00 and we arrived and the building was closed! We called and didn’t get any answer. Checked back on Groupon and nothing was updated. Checked on Facebook and saw that they are permanently closed. They should have notified us beforehand. We better get our money back.
