RecommendedI’m not going to lie the deep tissue massage I got yesterday from Jessica Clare was INTENSE. She told me to ice and epsom salt bath last night and I listened because I knew I would need some recovery time. Today I feel sore but renewed all in one. My body needed some correction and renewal. Jessica Clare definitely has a repeat client in me! Thanks for helping me to see that I need to take more time for self-care.
