Besides Zoe who is amazing the rest of the team could care less about their patients or help when they bill incorrectly. I have been billed for in person visits when its virtual, 15-minute appointments being billed like 30–45-minute appointments and since they use Headway for billing they do not help with these erroneous charges. The manager Carey never called us back and never helped with resolving the issue. Headway is also terrible with their customer service so there is no support for the patients.
Carey has educated me so much on what I'm experiencing and my options in a way that's easy for me to actually understand. She doesn't just give me questions on a sheet of paper to answer, but she listens so attentively to really understand the full picture and even picks up on things I maybe hadn't. I'm beyond grateful to have found this practice!
