Unpredictable Tried this place a couple times and have gotton a different experience each time. Sometimes there tea is good, other times not so good.

Been here several times. Love the wide variety of teas that are available iced or hot. They have some good lunch options with soups, salads and sandwiches. They are have some very nice desserts.

The jasmine dragon phoenix pearls tea was so, SO good. I haven't had tea this good in months to be completely honest -- the last time being in a teahouse in Shibuya. If you're craving something to go with it, the blueberry tea cake is also delicious. Warm, super spongy cake 🙏 I also hadn't been as relaxed as I was there, in so long. Definitely will be coming back as soon as I can.
Nice, quiet and clean place. Easy to sit and chat. The tea selection is great.
