The facility was amazing there's multiple groups a day, the staff is really professional, they have empathy not sympathetic views, which shows that they know what they are doing. Some people just want a grandma's touch and get upset because they don't get what they want and throw a tantrum because of it. Luckily the staff know how to behave. I’m soo over all the staff here lisa is the only staff member to actual care about me or my experience or what goes on in the workplace plus environment. People as in staff have one simple job to and some are so incompetent of doing one job right. I ask for anything I get neglected and rude body language such as eyes rolled or bad attitudes.
