Our family therapist Deborah has been God sent. She is very gentle, firm and will challenge you to push n challenge yourself in her coaching and healing approach! She loves God, has a loving beautiful spirit! If you are looking for a biblical counselor we recommend her. Also the tranquil stuff is amazing thank you guys for your job you do in serving n counseling the community. Keep on showing and doing Gods work .
I never like to talk poorly of people in my community, but I feel especially as a "trauma-based" therapist, there should be a level of compassion when working with patients. The therapist I only saw for two sessions dismissed my child sexual abuse as "just fondling" as I've heard it dismissed all my life. As well as dismissed my ongoing struggle with working 2-3 jobs with physical and mental disabilities and still not being able to afford groceries as "just adulting". Went here as a companion for a family member who is receiving services here and was very impressed with the customer service and ambience. Staff were very friendly, professional and welcoming to not only clients but companions as well. I enjoyed the sitting area with a freshly keurig-brewed cider and calming ambient sounds as I waited, thinking this would be a nice place to receive services. Family member shared that she and her daughter really like this place as well and confirmed my first impressions were well-deserved .
