I’m extremely disappointed with my experiences with Dr. Kristina Bamford. It’s clear that patient time and commitments mean very little when it comes to her appointments. You can book a 9am slot and still be sitting in the waiting room two hours later with zero communication or apology. Don’t make any other plans for the day—her time is apparently more important than yours. Even phone appointments are no better. Called today at 5:04pm to book an appointment with GP, the receptionist said doctor is not taking appointments to see new patients. (Not sure if she wanted to just finish her shift or its true that they aren't taking new patients) Website is still taking appointment for new patients. Very unprofessional receptionist. Wish I got her name to request her to be trained for customer service.
