If I could, I would give her minus 5 star for her unprofessional. I came back after 1 year we bought home with her. Although we like our home, but we paid really high for it. We found the inventory and wrote offer letter by ourselves. The only thing this agent did was to prepare selling documents and collected our money. Even for that, she never replied email on time.
