Beware of Trane! Can't get PARTS! Trane is more concerned about their woke ESG score than getting a customer's air conditioners running. I bought a Trane condenser model m4ac5030e in early August 2023. It has NEVER worked. Tech support said the control board was not putting out correct voltages. We ordered a warranty replacement. It is not in stock anywhere in the country! I called the factory and was told they don't know when it will be produced. It is time for them to replace the entire condenser unit. Awesome customer service and extremely helpful!
Place was great. Unload appointment was 8:00am, arrived a little early, was put right to the loading dock and they got me unloaded quickly. Easy to get in and out and plenty of room to back up to dock. This is not a 24/7 warehouse, so if you have a first in the morning appointment and will be here in the middle of the night, there's room to park and sit. But only recommend doing that if you're an 8am appointment because the place isn't huge.
