Bad customer service
We built our home brand new this year (2020). The HVAC system went in back in August. Therefore it isn’t even 6 months old. We have had their techs come over multiple times for this system due to issues (the techs are amazing, from Christopher and Smith-HIGHLY recommend them to anyone). This last “issue” has our electric bill over 2x what it usually is and we haven’t done anything to it. Per techs it’s a common issue with Trane. This issue has cost us hundredS more for this last bill. But they claim that’s not their problem.... read more
