One of the worst AC brands. Unit is less than 5 years old and keeps breaking down... Already spent 2K. Do yourself a favor and go with either Daikin or Carrier. ANY AC guy would tell you the same thing.
Worst customer service out of all the HVAC brands. Get ready to wait 30+ minutes every time you call in.
Love calling and sitting on hold for an hour. Everytime I call its the same thing. No worries, I can call someone else and go with a different product.
