Trane is the worst when you have an issue, you cannot even call the counter, every time you call back it’s someone else, then you have to explain the whole situation over and they cannot help you anyway. It’s like a dog chasing its tail.
Delivered a load here and was done in less than an hour.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I placed and order for equipment for over 110k for a job in Indiana and it was a nightmare. The counter guy Reinaldo was great at first until the mistakes start happening. First, we were supposed to get 2-10 ton RTU gas package units for a job in Indiana. Straight Cool Air Conditioners show up with 10 KW heaters for the up-north winter. lol And of course our inventory said we have them but what was shipped was not the right ones and the gas one was not available for us to finish on time... read more
