Unprofessional, Rude, and ignorant. That’s what I get at Trane in Syracuse at the parts counter. From both of them, one a male and the other female, both identical personalities. The 3 to 4 times I’ve been in there I leave feeling the exact same way. I’ve been in this industry for 30 years and they are by far the worse I’ve encountered. Called as a customer inquiring about the availability of a part and I was greeted by an extremely rude man who must’ve had their cheerios urinated in - prior that day. I must recommend, after this very basic request & experience, that you stray far from this “business.” Johnstone Supply or any other local HVAC would be better than giving money to these scumbags.
They always are quick to take care of my HVAC part needs.
