On 11/4/25 I ordered a part and the gentleman at the counter Instructed me that it would be ready for pick up on Friday 11/7/25. I had a job in Mooresville Friday morning that ran over, but I got on the highway and zoomed to this Trane location And made it in the door at 4:57 PM. I tried calling twice to see if I could pay for the part over the phone so I could just walk in and pick it up, but I stayed on hole several minutes each with no one coming to assist me. Nothing but problems out of my trane heat pump. I have more money in repair bills than what the unit cost me brand new. It's a constant money pit
