Juan & Matt do an amazing job behind counter sales. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, & have TRANE customers at their best interest. Can’t thank either of them enough for giving guidance & resolve for every project I bring to this location. Genuinely appreciated!

FYI - not open to the general public, must have a contractor’s license to purchase from this location.
Wait times! The line was six techs deep and there’s one person at the counter. It’s worse than Walmart! I don’t blame the person at the counter — the counter folks are great — I blame Trane management. I spoke with the branch manager and he said that he’s busy in the back and that we contractors need to be patient. I feel as if my time as a licensed contractor is not valued in that Trane believes it’s OK for me to stand in line 45 minutes to be serviced. That’s unacceptable. I will go out of my way to not deal with Trane.
