The worst place to deliver one dock very slow and receive 8am to 12pm
I want to give a shoutout to Josh. The Friday right before the big ice storm I had a blower motor go out. I called Trane right as they were closing. Josh stayed later to get me the part so I could get our customers heat going before the storm. He went above and beyond to help me out.
I'd give the people that work here 5stars, but the company itself 1star because Trane is not technician friendly. If you have to stop at any Trane supply around Nashville in the morning you will be late to your 8am because the doors don't open until 7:30am. Plus if you ever call this place the wait time is ridiculously long.
