Trane makes good units, but customer service is horrible. For atleast year now, no one answers the phone, if you choose call back option, your 100% NOT getting a call back. I now charge extra just to deal with any trane parts because of this. Only option to see if a part is in stock, is to show up to the store. Phone option is pointless. If they are that slammed with calls and work, hire more people. It’s not like it’s a new problem they’re having. It’s just ridiculous.
