Karen is always super helpful. Always friendly and great customer service
As a contractor I expect to be treated with respect and with professionalism. I don’t expect to be given attitude simply because I ask questions. There are so many other equipment dealers I can deal with. Karen needs to be trained on how not to give attitude. Thanks to her this was my last Trane unit I purchase from them.
It’s a good place but a lot of unnecessary work drama that they let linger and keep toxic employees that target employees and things need to get addressed
