Everything is expensive but that’s what you get with Trane. Other than that it’s great
Worst customer service in the world. You’d have better luck getting a brick wall to answer the phone
All they seem to care about is selling another unit referring you to a local company that services trane units. Several emails and texts yet noone can answer anything on your warranty. Its ridiculous. Get a Bosch.
It took an hr and a half to load up 1 unit and there wasn’t anyone else waiting!!
