UUggh. I don't know. Talking with Chuck at the westbrook branch is like walking on egg shells. He'll " look into it " and put you on Park. After 30mins they just disconnect you and you start all over . I am still waiting to hear back on prior parts 2 years ago and never heard back. Being in the field for 23 years I have nver had this issue with any other parts clerks. Wish Bob would answer. This is not the first time I have had issues with him.
