Been using Trane Supply for many years and find the counter crew does a very great job and work hard to get me in and out. The store manager is very proficient.
Trane does not stand by their warranty. We have not had air-conditioning for eight days now and have had a few technicians come out to the house which resulted in parts being ordered, but not fixing the problem. The latest update is that they will order another part which may or may not fix the problem and it will take approximately seven days. In the meantime, we are in a house that is unbearable to live in with an AC that may or may not be fixed in seven days. We have sent them all the documentation they need to honor thei... read more
Leah really went above and beyond for us at Advent A/C. Her customer service has actually help trane keep an existing customer! When I had a problem with Technical support Leah stepped up and helped me out. I realized this was not her job but it feels great to know there are people who correct things and make them right. I hope they hire more people who care about there job. All of them at that distribution center do a fantastic job as well! These guys have done right by me!
