What a BS way to get someone's business: Calling three times in a row, I want to place an order, but get an automated machine so I can leave a message. I didn't bother leaving a message and called other branches: 1 had me on hold forever & didn't acknowledge me at all. 1 was normal & got to me within a few minutes.
We are a Contractor Company with Power Control Electric. Trane Supply Company out of Troy Mi hired us to do a troubleshooting job and to fix a broken lamp , the point of Contact for us was Justin. Justin was wonderful to work with. Every time we needed something Justin was right there for us, he was available to make sure we were all set and everything ran smoothly I cannot recommend this company enough.
