What a BS way to get someone's business: Calling three times in a row, I want to place an order, but get an automated machine so I can leave a message. I didn't bother leaving a message and called other branches: 1 had me on hold forever & didn't acknowledge me at all. 1 was normal & got to me within a few minutes.
We are a Contractor Company with Power Control Electric. Trane Supply Company out of Troy Mi hired us to do a troubleshooting job and to fix a broken lamp , the point of Contact for us was Justin. Justin was wonderful to work with.
