Very poor experience with Trane in Springdale. We've been trying to get help setting up a customer account for a couple weeks with no luck. No credit is needed for our business but we were told it is this store's policy to have an account number before any warranty parts could be ordered. That's great, except they are unable to help you get that account setup. We have tried all the customer service numbers and all the online contact requests. Love the friendly service and best price I found.
Dion, Shelby and Cruz are honestly very good to deal with. Even when corporate drops the ball on parts or orders, these people bend over backwards to make things right and get you going quick.
Friendly and they get you in and out quickly, especially if your picking up equipment.
