Absolutely floored by the price of consumable items. Poor communication on their part and not asking the price beforehand on my part lead to me spending almost 70 dollars just on thread compound! Ended up being the same price as the actual part. No offer of credit or returns. I will never use this distributor again, that's just insanity.
