This place is an absolute disgrace. I would never recommend anyone doing business with them. I needed a tiny clip that probably cost a couple bucks and they would not sell it to me without going through a Trane contractor. Supervisors were completely unhelpful and don’t seem to value their business reputation and least. Avoid it all costs!
I just called Trane Supply and talked to Matt. He was very patient and helpful regarding picking for some info about my Trane HVAC system! Thanks so much!!
