Warranty replacement process is so convoluted. Eventhough our thermostat unit still under warranty. Hard to get it replace as consumer.
It's hard to know how to feel about Trane Supply....... Years ago I began using this store for supplies because their pricing was reasonable, the store was stocked well, and the staff was knowledgeable. BUT that is no longer true. Around five years ago Trane started using a new software program that was unreliable and made it take easily 3x longer to process orders. The system often crashed in the middle of writing orders and after months of this many of the qualified staff left in protest. This problem has never been resolv... read more
