My place of work had a new HVAC installed in March 2025. Fast forward to late May, it's not working. Guess what, still doesn't work. The company ignores requests for repair. Then claims that only one specific technician can fix the issue. This technician seems to always be unavailable for 3 weeks.
Extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
My recent experience with TRANE / MJC INC., the HVAC company based in Cartersville, GA, was deeply unsettling, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of Bobby Thomas, which extended far beyond the service call itself. Not bad delivery. Backing was just ok. They let me use bathroom which is always great. Spent a little over a hour here. You could probably overnight park here if you wanted.
