The store manager Roy was the most genuine down to earth guy. I called on MLK day after being without a furnace blower in cold weather since Friday evening. He made sure I had the right part and promptly ordered it. When I showed up to get it he realized it was not delivered as promised priority overnight. He made some calls and was given false information. I called and found out I could pick it up at the FedEx depot but the trane dealer had to be present.
