I would recommend going over safe driving with your driver's. Was traveling in heavy traffic going about 68mph (65 is speed limit) following the flow of traffic in front of me when one of your drivers (5062906 plate #) started to tailgate me for quite a few miles recklessly driving. As human beings we should work together to make the roads safer for everyone. Didn't see a place to report something like this on you website.
We have only had great interactions with everyone at this branch until I had the displeasure of dealing with one of the worst people I have ever met in this industry. I’m hoping this person was from a call center and not anyone from this branch but someone named Kristen could not have been less helpful or more arrogant about a simple question.
