Only thing worse than their customer service is the dependability of their equipment. I beg my customers not to buy Trane and the ones who don't listen always regret it, then leave me trying to fix bad coils under warranty.

What an awful company. Contractor called to inquire about parts and equipment availability and the “representative” Dave Blevins hung up on me several times. This is what clients can expect on after sales support.
Mr Blevins has an incredibly pompous attitude. Seems like a real drag to be around, I can't imagine those guys at the counter enjoy being around that bag of farts all day.
