Customer service is terrible here. You can never get ahold of anyone on the phone. Parts are usually on backorder and motors come out frequently not programmed.
All staff at the srq branch are great,but 9 out of 10 times I deal with jeff.he has never been anything but patient and nice to me.even when I bring in a handful of claim numbers to be checked.i wish that some of the other parts houses gave the same patience and respect that Jeff does.
Jeff Belvins at Sarasota Trane is always there to help me everytime I go in. He always acknowledges customers and tells them they will be right with them. He has customer service!
All of the staff at this branch are wonderful. Specifically Jeff Blevins, he is my go to guy! He is always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He is a wonderful asset to the Trane team, I look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.
