Absolutely awesome staff.
This supply house is one of the worst. They never answer the phones you wait on hold forever. Parts and tools are way over priced. The overall quality of service is terrible. We will only be dealing with them for parts we will never sell Trane due to this locations.
We had a problem with the fan motor we had installed and he was very helpful in getting it replaced.
Customer service is terrible here. You can never get ahold of anyone on the phone. Parts are usually on backorder and motors come out frequently not programmed.
