I am a contractor of a company... you know, the people who are actually allowed to purchase parts. Trane Supply has been top notch all the way around. If you're a homeowner looking for parts, no one sells to home owners because its a liability. Call someone that is a professional or risk your furnace to parts off of Amazon.
drove all the way from belvidere to elgin just to find out that they don't sell to the public.what a miss leading web site. i asked the person working there about it not saying that on the web site ,he told me it was on the front door
We needed to buy a part and the bald guy in front basically said to leave. They won't sell to an average Joe. Super unfortunate situation because now our family has no heat (-10 outside) and has to find a contractor when my husband could have fixed it. Horrible!!
