Maniac driver tried to run me off the road
I tried calling for help on what size tubes for 4 chillers (I had serial numbers in hand) just so I can get brushes ordered from TRANE. The first lady gave me a part number that was a hand held sweeping brush. The second guy, Alex, would not give me anything. He told me that I need to email denver@tranesupply.com in order to get an answer. I tried calling back to ask for a specific contact, but no one answered for more than 15 min. Its pretty sad that no one was willing to help a company with such long standings with TRANE. ... read more
