I tried calling for help on what size tubes for 4 chillers (I had serial numbers in hand) just so I can get brushes ordered from TRANE. The first lady gave me a part number that was a hand held sweeping brush. The second guy, Alex, would not give me anything. He told me that I need to email denver@tranesupply.com in order to get an answer. I tried calling back to ask for a specific contact, but no one answered for more than 15 min. I kept calling and no one would answer the phone
Trane is the worst hvac units. We bought two RTUs units from them last year in November and these units trouble, two times these units down and what it makes worse is to schedule appointment with them needs couple weeks and another couple of weeks to fix them. New Trane units and need many weeks to fix them thats awful. Trane are cheap and not reliable units at all. Don't make this mistake and buy units from them. Trouble units and trouble services.
Always receive great customer service at this branch. Today was no exception! Nate went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed, so I could back on the road . Thoroughly inspected the parts to make sure all associated materials were accounted for. He came out to the parking lot brought me my invoice and took the hand truck back in. Thanks for the exceptional service Nate!
