Not sure what happened to this company, but their commercial RTUs are not good. Last year a very large company installed over 15 Trane RTUs in buildings local to South Bend. Many of them had issues with compressors going bad. This year another 10+ buildings had Trane RTUs installed, and this company was promised all the kinks from last year were worked out.
