This establishment is utterly unsatisfactory. If I were to rate it on a scale of negative stars, I would undoubtedly give it the lowest possible rating. Upon my arrival at 0738, I was still docked. The only two individuals who arrived during my stay were the two who were responsible for my service. Unfortunately, they did not complete their tasks until 1302.
Do not buy Trane products. They may say you have a 10 year warranty on parts, but if you have a manufacturer’s defect in your unit, they will put all of the burden on their customers. My service provider discovered a leak in the coils of my practically new unit, when I reached out to Trane, they just said they weren’t responsible for covering any of the costs surrounding their mistake.
