Warranty needed to be transferred when we bought our home but didn't know. Therefore warranty is invalid. Never buy Trane
Disappointed - We purchased a new 3.5 Ton Trane Split System and was sold a DRY system. Had to add 9.9 lbs of this new gas at almost $600 a jug for 20 lbs..... We immediately called to explain what we had come across only to be offered $75 off a new jug of Freon and a store credit of $200 but only to be used towards the purchase of equipment; all due to a manufacturer issue.... we should not have to continue to come out of pocket for something we have already paid for and did not receive. I am a service tech and I dread having to call yall since I'm on hold for a minimum 25 minutes almost consistently this is so annoying and it's exactly why we don't sell your equipment you suck and your equipment isn't even good 10 years of doing this and you still miss me off
