Won’t sell to homeowners.
i’m only giving it two stars because someone else gave me a place to go that was there but I walked them to the counter the guy that was offering to help me seem very bothered that he had to help me. I asked do you sell to standard homeowners and he said no you have to have an account. I said OK can I make one and he said it takes time. Then mumbled something. Their drivers are the absolute worst
Horrible customer service. Sold me a part and will not accept a return (part is brand new unused) Their policy is that they don't sell to homeowners, but they did. And now they are holding their "policy" over my head. The 2 female employees at this location have zero curteousy and and even less professionalism
