This is not rating on the store itself. The local stores have done everything that they can and I appreciate it more than I can express. It’s a rating on Trane as a company. They changed their technical support for commercial recently and it does not work AT ALL. I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to get in touch with Trane’s commercial tech support to NO AVAIL. I’ve been given dozens of different phone number to call and have received ZERO HELP. This is what is going to cause Trane to lose ALL of their commercial sales. If c... read more
