Great customer service
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once they finally answered they put me on hold AGAIN and then hung up on me. Be ashamed of the way you run your business. Mind you I was on hold previously for about an hour. Yes AN HOUR. Didn’t even make finding the part worth it anymore.
By far. My favorite trane supply location in the metro plex.Always a good time.The counter reps are awesome.Good deals on tools and equipment.You couldn't ask for a better supply house.
