Now it was my 1st delivery here so don't take it the wrong way. But the fact that I saw plenty of employees just sitting around not working bothers me. Showed up at 730 for a 8 am appointment and it's now 1144 and I'm still not empty nor do I have the paperwork signed. Having 1 forklift operator is a management failure.

Great customer service
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once they finally answered they put me on hold AGAIN and then hung up on me. Be ashamed of the way you run your business. Mind you I was on hold previously for about an hour. Yes AN HOUR. Didn’t even make finding the part worth it anymore.
