Why is it so hard for someone to answer the phone here? Clearly the store manager doesn't care either.

Don't bother coming to this train location the counter guys have no respect for customers they were very rude to me and my coworkers and because of this my boss will no longer be setting train products nor working on them because their customer tech support is horrible
Literally can't stand coming here. These parts guys are the worst. They don't know anything and when they can't find anything they get mad like a 3 year old. No help man. Don't know what they're standards are for employees but definitely wouldn't make it in a real city.
