Called and asked if they had a unit gave them specific details all they had to do was look it up and tell me if they have it in stock the girl put me on hold for 23 min than just hung up on me! Trane/American Standardis just a trash ac company in general. I had a house built with a new unit and not even 3 years later my ac motor went out. When the warranty was filed, they sent me a defective part causing me to have to stay in a hotel even longer. Instead of doing the right thing and reimbursing me for having to spend my money on staying in a hotel longer because of THEIR screw up, I’m not eating this cost and my AC is still messed up. It’s all about principle and these guys don’t get it. Do better
