I called to order a part I am a field tech and when this guy scott herlihy the daytona branch picked up phone 45 mins was extremely rude and does not need to be a customer service rep he almost cost us the job and made our client upset because he was being extremely rude on the phone and she was listening to our conversation
They don’t know how to answer questions or they don’t understand whatever, anyway I had two brand new complete Trane units installed by Rossi's on my duplex. They are constantly failing, already $1500 down on repairs and they’re only three years old ?
