These jerks screwed my company out of detention money. If you have to use them my advice would be--dont rely on Trane to schedule delivery times of a chiller unit to a jobsite. Field Rep Raul Alvarez out of McAllen TX couldn't pour piss out of boot if the instructions were written on the heel. Stay away from Landstar Agent TFT Richard Hawkins out of Shawnee KS too. Hawkins is a real rock sucker.
