Beware of Trane! Can't get PARTS! Trane is more concerned about their woke ESG score than getting a customer's air conditioners running. I bought a Trane condenser model m4ac5030e in early August 2023. It has NEVER worked. Tech support said the control board was not putting out correct voltages. We ordered a warranty replacement. It is not in stock anywhere in the country! I called the factory and was told they don't know when it will be produced. It is time for them to replace the entire condenser unit.
