Another “amazing” day at Trane, customer service has gone way down hill. I use to love purchasing parts and equipment from here, but the past year it seems that they have been hiring people that lack the attitude and wherewithal of what it is to provide customer service and how to read a room. I will actively let others know not to pursue Trane equipment due to terrible customer service I received today that solidified that Trane no longer takes care of their contractors. Right now for his ongoing everyone there is super friendly customer service is excellent and I actually love all the guys in the back of the warehouse thaey so know how to get the job done
