Worst customer care service hands down. Bought a commercial unit from Trane for a restaurant in Nashville. After 5 months of being open the unit has never cooled for more than 4-5 days at a time before shutting down. HVAC dealer has been out 10-15 times, changing compressors and doing every trouble shooting technique Trane has recommended. Finally, we requested a service call from an actual Trane Tech.
