The worse costumer service! I went to one their office at 7100 s Madison in WillowBrook, there at the building are 2 doors , and there is a sign that says ring the bell I did , and mean lady literally came and spoke very rude, to tell me to go to the other door. 2 I went to the “ proper door” and trying to talk to a guy what I want it. he was not even listening, he was just talking I cannot help you unless you are contractor, keep repeating himself , finally I got him to stop talking and listen! Excellent service in all ways. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they always go above and beyond. The store is very clean, well kept and most importantly always stocked up. Without a doubt always my first pick if I have to pickup supplies or materials. keep going strong guys you rock!
