Likely the least helpful office/company I've encountered. I work for a consulting company that inspects HVAC systems and had a fairly simple question that I was hoping they could confirm for me one way or the other. Not only did I have to leave a message just to get in contact with the office, when I did receive a call back it was just to direct me to someone else...and that someone else didn't pick up, and also has a full mailbox. I guess you don't have to be very professional when there's limited competition out there.
