Four times contacting this place was horrible. I have never had such a hard time getting ahold of someone. Am I just wondering why they do not have a call waiting? Leaving a voice call and waiting to hope they call you is frustrating. I call others and got a person who helped. I would try someone else before this place.
Kevin spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me walking through residential indoor coil options and providing me with referrals even though his focus is commercial and he wasn't trying to sell me anything. Extremely helpful. Thanks, Trane Supply!
