I have to agree with the person above. I bought an AC by Trane in 2015. I haven’t been able to use it. The install was aweful the installer Yost and Campbell in Westchester ny were horrible and made mistakes not knowing they needed special oil. Trane never helped me at all. I wasted time and blew 4000 dollars on the unit.

Trane is a terrible company that make a terrible product. My house is only 5 years old and I've already had to replace a condenser coil (year 3) and now an evaporator coil (year 5). I thought Trane was a good company, and maybe they were some years ago, but after my experience I would never use them again. Thanks for nothing!
