Service has really dropped off the last couple years. Would no longer recommend Trane products. Major motors failing within 2 years with those major components only holding one year warranty. Service let us go without an AC unit for months telling us the part was ordered but was never ordered. Ya'll need to step it back up.
This review is in regards to the Trane product. We have a 7 year old air handler that was installed in 2016. Motor blew in 2019 and again in 2023. Trane couldn’t care less. No interest in finding out why it blew and no warranty on motor replaced in 2019 as it was replaced under warranty. This unit has been serviced annually and they won’t stand behind their product. Buy something else
BEWARE! BEWARE! BAD COILS and the manufacture knows it. I was charged $900 for labor and coolant to replace a 18mo. old bad coil. The manufacture only pays for the coil not coolant and labor. Buy another brand because Trane has know problems that will cost you to get them fixed. Google Trane AC coil issues...
