We had delivery here as one of the stops , and all load loaded in wrong order, the receiver super nice and understanding. Hunter went out of his way to help us , take his staff and reorder couple left over. Thank you.

Service has really dropped off the last couple years. Would no longer recommend Trane products. Major motors failing within 2 years with those major components only holding one year warranty. Service let us go without an AC unit for months telling us the part was ordered but was never ordered. Ya'll need to step it back up.
