I wish I could give them a zero star review. Just bought a house didnt know about a warranty transfer date deadline. Im 4 weeks over the deadline when the ac unit went out again. I should have 8 remaining years of coverage but now I have 3 all because I didnt transfer warranty information. Top notch customer service here all they care about is getting out of their warranty from selling garbage equipment. Pay top shelf prices for joe blow level service. Showed up 15 minutes before 0600 appointment. Put me immediately on a dock. Empty in an Hour. VERY PROFESSIONAL. NO OVERNIGHT PARK
It was not bad to me, arrived 3 hrs earlier than my appointment time and gott out loaded within 2 hrs
